Shipping Method

We offer Express Post shipping (1–4 business days) for all orders within Canada.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are usually processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be shipped the next business day.
• We maintain a strict daily shipping cut-off time.
• If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible (we recommend completing urgent orders before 4:00 PM).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
