At The Mobile Store, your satisfaction is important to us.

Return Period

You may return an item within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • All included accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened screen protectors, used earbuds, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If we made an error with your order or the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping.

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our website and log into your account.
  2. Locate your recent order.
  3. Submit a Return Request with the reason.
  4. Wait for return authorization instructions.
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the replacement (if in stock).
  • You will receive email confirmation once the exchange is dispatched.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
