How long does shipping take?

Once your payment is confirmed, we ship all orders within 3 business days.
Delivery time varies depending on your location — usually 2–7 business days across Canada

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! You can return products within 30 days of delivery or exchange them within 7 days if you’re not satisfied (for example, color or model preferences).

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used during purchase.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@themobilestore.ca within 48 hours of receiving it.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
