  • For exchanges (such as color or model changes), requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • If youโ€™re returning due to dissatisfaction with color or model, you can opt for an exchange instead.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for purchase.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
